If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened to prevent leakage during transit, and include a copy of your packing slip.
- 3.Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label or use a traceable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our main distribution center in the USA.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
